Amelia( The Ballet Movie)

I have recently discovered Amelia a contemporary ballet movie choreographed by Lalala Humansteps. When I first saw the clip I was intrigued and fascinated by the movement. The two dancers a man and a women, moved into intricate and sharp movements. The male dancer could be seen as a puppeteer, controlling the movements of the female dancer on pointe. The lighting was varied and slightly dim, and for some artistic reason the dancers after a phrase was finished would walk to another part of the floor. Dramatic still moments and camera angles made the already sharp and dynamic dance more interesting.
